Package booking flow and user interface

Metro Africa Xpress - max.ng

MAX, a Techstars NYC company, is building a network of package delivery drivers in Lagos, Nigeria, to streamline a process which used to take days and now takes only three hours. I was tasked with revamping the online delivery booking flow and UI.

MAX was recognized in December 2015 with a runner-up finish at TechCrunch Disrupt London

Implementation of this flow and UI is currently underway.

Website redesign

Acacia Fraternity International: acacia.org

Acacia needed a new website that would be visually modern, mobile-responsive, and easier to navigate to commonly used functions and content areas. The central challenge of this design was effective usability for distinct user groups - prospective members, active collegiate members, and alumni spanning broadly in age. This project began with an analytics review of the previous website, user surveys, and persona development which lead to a reorganization of site structure and navigation. I assembled and designed the new website on Squarespace, and user testing affirmed ease of use for common navigation tasks.
